How to win our cities

GOD'S BLUEPRINT TO WIN OUR CITIES

In December of 2023, I had a dream that I was running for Mayor in the city that I live in, San Bernardino, California. In the dream I sat down to pray and ask God for strategy because I had no clue on what to do. God was asking me to do this and I wanted to be successful. The lord told me to first go and talk to the pastors of the largest churches in your city. Share your vision with them, and how as a Christian you will bring God into government to usher in the blessing of God over the city. Talk of the outreach to restore, revive and reform the city, and how the church can play a vital role in transforming the city. I as Mayor would give God and the church the keys to the city, to work all things for good. End of dream. Guess, what my first question to God that morning was? Exactly, Lord, are you telling me to run for Mayor of San Bernardino? The Lord said no, but I'm going to give you a BLUEPRINT to win our cities. The next few weeks in my prayer time, God began to highlight a BLUEPRINT, a plan, and this took center stage. You have to understand that I have never campaigned for anyone in office, I don't know all that goes into running for office. I do know that most anyone can run, and you have registration deadlines, and it helps if you have some money to advertise.

For example, the race for mayor in San Bernardino consists of a two tier primary. You can win with 50% of the vote or the top two move on to round 2. In the first round of our 2022 mayoral race, the person with the most votes received 7310 or 41%. In San Bernardino, with just the votes of the five largest churches, a Christian would have won in the first round.

WHO ME, VOTE

I know that among Pastors and Christians, voting, politics or government is not very popular. It's not even mentioned over the pulpit. I believe God will stir the hearts of His people, open the eyes of our Pastors in America, so they can see that godly people in office (gates of government) will bring THE BLESSING of God into their cities which brings transformation. That's what every Pastor wants and any good citizen, and they have been trying for the last hundred years but our cities crime rate, drug use, abortion and poverty rates have only grown. Our cities are pleasant, but our water supplies are bad, and our ground is barren.

That's called the curse, because our city leaders are not coming into covenant or agreement with God. I've already shown you the history of Israel, their rise and fall was dependent on the king.

It's crazy that the choice of one, the leader of a city, state or nation, would determine the fate of its people to some degree, its direction, its health and wealth, its productivity and or its rise or fall. Nations need God and His BLESSING flowing through the land, THE BLESSING that speaks to fruitfulness to come forth and that every good and perfect gift be released into the land. The blessing and curse are opposites, one is God working and releasing His goodness into the land and the curse is satan releasing his evil into society. Once again, that's determined by the leader sitting at the gate of government.

THE LORD'S STRATEGY

What will be needed is layers of GODLY LEADERS on every level of government. I believe God will speak and call people to become SPIRITUAL LEADERS of the nation, states, counties or regions and of our cities. These leaders will oversee the process of finding and helping the called into office. We're talking about a new ministry on a new level, many of these leaders will be spiritual advisors / prophets if you will, overseeing cities but not the nation as a whole. Building structure that will last for years to come. I believe GZS Movement Ministry will play a role in helping or maybe take on the reins of leading this national movement. It will take for the body of Christ to work in unity in every level to possess the land. I do know that we will run a hub and part of that will be the training of millennials to be Spiritual leaders to oversee our cities and be leaders to govern the land. The internet will be a great tool to teach and train people simultaneously in all 50 states. This is what the Lord gave me.

SPIRITUAL LEADERS

City level

1. The job of the spiritual leader (governor of the land) is to be overseer of the land. On the city level, they will need to meet with pastors and their leaders and the millennials in their churches. Ask, who among you would like to be mayor of your city? The Pastors can go back and ask their congregants. God will call someone among His sheep. I'm sure there will be more than one and so some can run to be on the City's council who can work with the mayor on getting stuff done. In this meeting, we share with the Pastor the importance of possessing our cities. United we are a majority that can win any race and put godly people in charge. Who better to lead than our own Josephs. Importance of Pastor buy-in, their influence will bring in the votes from their congregations.

2. The candidate will need the vote, prayer and financial backing of God's people. God will raise a new breed of Government leaders who will be on fire for God, family and their city. They will be the PASTOR of the city, if you will, wearing many various caps. God will give them wisdom, strategy and plans to implement in the city's restoration. A generation of Joseph's ministering for the Lord on a whole different level. Joseph's story is written in the word as a type of Jesus saving the world but also a loud blast from the Lord on what it looks like when God's people govern.

3. Once vision is cast and bought into by the American Pastor, the spiritual leader can teach them how to cast this vision into their churches. This needs to become part of the DNA of the church, GIG - God in Government. This new ministry can set up a table just like we do for all other ministries, have material for education, register to vote and early voting ballots. I'm sure you will find some people excited about running this ministry, knowing it's for the transformation of their city and repossessing America. The Bible is filled with sermon material and teaching on the importance of Godly leaders.

4. I'm sure in this process you will find concerned parents that want to run for School boards. Concerned parents are being stirred to rise and get on school boards. They don't want their children and their future grandchildren to learn sex education and transgender ideology in kindergarten. The Spiritual Leaders can help them also.

5. The Spiritual leader will be a spiritual advisor to the mayor, city council and school board members, and a WATCHMAN for the city. They will stay ahead and have future city leaders waiting in the wings.

County or Regional level

1. Spiritual leaders on the county or regional level will need to find someone among God's people to run for State Legislator of your region and also County Supervisors to lead their counties. I'm sure that God will call them, and make your search easier.

2. They will have to work with and be in communication with the spiritual leaders of the cities in their county for the purpose of spreading the word. This is our candidate, let's back them with our vote, prayer and money.

3. You will oversee the cities in your region. They will have to make sure every city has a Spiritual leader. Mentor the new leaders and stay in fellowship and training with current leaders of those cities. Network to get outreach strategies to help and heal our cities.

4. You will be a spiritual advisor to these legislators and supervisors. Cover them with prayer and cover the land in prayer. A watchman over the land.

5. The candidates that occupy these positions of state legislature and county supervisor are working on behalf of more land, more people and different logistics. We pray and get the mind of God so we can have Joseph plans.

State level

1. The Spiritual leader on the state level is looking for a Governor to lead the state. Once again we look among God's people and find ONE. God will call.

2. These Spiritual leaders will work with and communicate with the spiritual leaders of regions or counties. We call it networking, working in unity for a common cause, to Govern our gates.

3. These leaders will take on the responsibility of finding spiritual leaders for every county or region in their state. Train, mentor and be an advisor to both the regional spiritual leaders and to the Governor. The responsibility grows on the county, state and national levels. This is Kingdom ministry, just because it's not being done on Sunday in a church building, it does not make it any less meaningful.

4. Our Governor will oversee a state and with the mind of God, the blessing of God will flow into our states as they make a covenant with Jesus.

National level

1. This Spiritual leader will be a Prophet to the nation. Their call is to find a President to run for office, but as in all things Kingdom, the Holy Spirit is always preparing, training and anointing someone for God's work. God will call someone, God will take on the responsibility.

2. This Spiritual leader will also make sure every state has a spiritual leader. Be an advisor to the state's spiritual leaders and to the president (if called upon).

3. You are a watchman over a nation, to intercede for protection and pray for its needs and cover the president with much prayer.

Spiritual leaders / Prophets

These Spiritual leaders will be first of all SPIRITUAL, lovers of God and His word and understand "seek you first the Kingdom of God". You will be a leader, advisor, trainer and intercessor.

Some may be called to be Prophets in that call to oversee a portion of the land, to be a Prophetic voice to the nation, your state, region or city. The main thing is to lead by the -Word of God and Holy Spirit. The purpose is to possess the gates of our cities, counties, states and nation so God gets the glory and we receive His BLESSING, flowing and flooding the land. We are starting a national agenda of God leading our nation. The title is not important as much as the function and goal to repossess our cities for God.

The Candidate

The first thing you do when you are sworn in is to make a COVENANT with God. As for me and this city, county, state or nation, we are going to serve the Lord, obey the King's word and His name is Jesus. We should not hide our faith, our purpose and agenda for our nation. We want God to lead and bless our land. The work is to lead after you win but also to transform your land through restoration, revitalize the economy, reaching and helping your constituents through the hands and feet of the local church. Partner with Pastors and their churches to bring the change.

Also, we look to transform our schools and the curriculums that are taught. We look to educate, shape the minds of the next generation for years to come. We can remove evil and release good and new education into our system. For example, the importance of God in Government curriculum. How about respecting our parents, leaders, teachers and police. Most importantly, we restore prayer and the teaching of God's word to our children.

The Spiritual leaders and the candidates running for office on every level need to educate themselves with the role expected of them. The role of a mayor may be slightly different in each city and surely different from a state legislator. Education is key, know your role, the laws, guidelines and boundaries.

For some the experience at the local level of Mayor can launch you to run for Governor, and so on.

The servant of God should never cater to the rich, cave in to pressure and never accept bribes. You can't be bought. Guard your heart, and your family.

Don't stoop to the level of the sons of belial. Fight fair. Integrity and Godly character is key.

Challenges along the way

You may have more than one candidate wanting to be mayor. You can have a board of leaders, Pastors, to vote or the candidates can cast lots. Careful of bias in the voting process. A Pastor would likely vote for their own congregant.

You will have people move on from a post for many reasons. You may even lose one while they are still in office, desiring to reverse everything they implemented for God.

Remember the kingdom is not exempt from scandal.

The start of a revolution

I think that we will start a revolution, possibly our own Party one day, GIG-God in Government, and run as Godly representatives that will bring God's blessing into our nation. We will be reformers in the land, changing laws, removing evil and proclaim that Jesus is our true king and leader. The Lord has spoken to me over and over, the millennials will be that generation that He is calling to be our nation's leaders. We can also train Gen Z to run and carry the torch. This is a huge task, a GOD SIZE VISION that He laid out, and one that He is able to bring to pass. He always looks for godly servants to work and speak through, and vessels of faith that He can work miracles through.

Let me share a dream the Lord gave me on January 24, 2023, written on Facebook timeline, "I was meeting up with some millennials in a parking lot, we were going to a parade. It was very early in the morning, and it was still dark. We drove in one car and as we got to our destination, we parked in a dirt embankment. As we got off and walked on the dirt, I noticed that the dirt was GOLDish brown in color. It stood out, popped if you will. I told the youngsters that were with me, look at the color of the dirt. We all grabbed a handful to get a better look and feel. Then we heard a voice, and we saw a young lady calling out to us to come up to the street. As we went up the embankment and got on to the street, I looked to my left and I could see the city lights a slight distance from where we were at. We were there early, so we settled and waited for the parade to come down the street. End of dream.

What the Lord told me that morning, "What is about to come down the street, a move of God, will be seen and experienced by the millennials first before it reaches the public. The land and the hearts of millennials are fertile for such a move that is coming to our nation. God has prepared their hearts to buy into the vision of national takeover. The new wine of divine takeover will be poured into new wineskins.

A national move of this magnitude is doable, possible because our Lord is the captain that shows up to lead the armies of God to possess land.

He led Moses and Joshua to possess land. It will take lots of manpower and money. Millennials make up the largest group or generation in our nation at 75 million. Where will the funding come from? God's people and God's wonder working power. I'm encouraged by the Lord because through many dreams, visible signs, He speaks to encourage.

In one dream May 12, 2022, a man came up to me and gave me a check for $2250.

Then I was handed another check, but this one was blank, with no amount written nor a signature. I told the man , (the faceless one) who gave it to me as He was walking off, this check is blank, He turned around to look at me as if to say "look again", and then immediately I glanced back at the check, the amount was still blank but now it had a signature. end of dream

The Lord will provide unlimited resources (blank check) for the work of bringing this nation back into alignment with the Word of God. With God all things are possible. He can feed millions with quail, multiply a boy's lunch to feed thousands and provide a coin in a fish to meet the need.

Origins of a Mayor

This calling goes back thousands of years when Kings placed leaders in charge of cities to oversee and implement the King's or Kingdoms business. The position of a Mayor is a respected one as they are responsible for the safety, prosperity and health of a city. God chose Judges and Governors, Godly leaders to oversee the population and Govern the land using the Word of God as its guide, its steering wheel and GPS. The book of Ezra speaks of Zerubbabel, he was the Governor of the land and oversaw one of the greatest national revivals in Israel 's history. Nehemiah would come years later and finish the rebuilding of the wall, and would be called Governor. The days are coming that there will be a call to a generation to be Mayors of cities. The calling and title of Mayor will be as great as that of a Pastor, as these will actually be in charge and oversee the restoration of their cities to God. Governors will have the same HONOR and greatness, to bring states in line with the Word of God and the blessing. It will be a new era of Marketplace leaders who govern the land.

Governmental DNA

Our Savior is a King of a Kingdom who came to establish His Kingdom on earth. He gave us authority over all the power of the enemy. That includes your city gates that hell rules from, that when rushed and fired upon by the people of God, it won't prevail. It's in our DNA, we are Kings and Priests, who have been called to REPOSSESS our lost nation and cities for the King. Maybe we need to read our bibles and see how our God, our Jesus, birthed a godly nation, Israel, and a godly capital city, Jerusalem, for the purpose of showing the rest of the world what a nation looks like when THE LORD is their God. In the millennium, Jesus will come to rule the nations and guess who is alongside Him to help govern.

The people of God need to realize that we are not just called to be leaders of a flock or church building that meets on Sundays. We are called to lead the land, nations and cities. Our Jesus is a King! We have the truth, we know what works, we have the Spirit of God, we have the keys of the Kingdom that will bless cities and transform them. I love how God promoted a young 30 year old Joseph to be Prime Minister of Egypt, and be chief administrator, and we can see how his wisdom blessed the land and the people. We see Nehemiah, Daniel and Modecai, while in captivity, there was something about these godly men that stood out, that heathen rulers saw and used these young men to help them govern. Quit underestimating our God and our potential. We are not of the grasshopper mentality, we are the Joshua and Caleb's who will fight to possess the land.
